When visitors complete forms on our site, this is considered voluntarily shared comments and information, done so at will of the visitor. We protect and safeguard the privacy of this information and do not share this information with third parties unaffiliated with our business. This information is used strictly to provide and improve our services to website visitors and clients for our services.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string used for the sole purposes of spam detection and spam defenses.
Media:
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data:
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so our site can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data:
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Terms & Conditions
Deposit:
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your consultation date. The deposit must be received within 24 hours (1 day) of selecting a date or you will be removed from the schedule. Your deposit will be applied to your consultation cost. The purpose of the deposit is to hold your date in the schedule for up to 1 year and to protect me from NO-SHOWS.
Remaining Balance of Payment:
The remaining balance of payment is required no later than 24 hours (1 day) before date of our consultation. NO-SHOWS will not be re-booked.
Postponements:
We understand the nature of life and the business and we both should do our best to be flexible. A minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice before the date of our consultation is required to reschedule and keep your deposit in place.
Forms of Payment:
Payment is processed safely and securely through Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal.com.
